Our team responds to each and every queries of our client's mail within a short time frame along with copy of Typical Certificate of Analysis. We also send a copy of specimen documents such as M.S.D.S, Non hazardous, Non-bovine etc. if demanded by the customer.

Samples at Free cost
We use to send free sample pieces to our clients for their approval. In case of highly priced products, the sample is sent to the customers if they asked for.

Terms - tailor made
Over a period of time we understood the payment terms prevailing in different countries of the world. We have tailor made these payment terms to suit the differing payment requirements of our valued customers. We allow exports on convenient terms and conditions to our bulk consumers and the genuinely needy ones, such as 60 Days DA and so on.

Just order - get grams to FCL consignments
We handle export orders from 1Kg (in some high cost APIs even in Grams) to FCL basis. We supply these products to our clients through courier, door to door, air cargo and FCL.

Trade line buyers
The two most largest buyers are Bangladesh and Pakistan - the lions share being textile dyes manufactured by parent company RADHA DYE CHEM (Prop. Vallabh Dye Chem Pvt.Ltd.). In these two countries, our agents are working for two decades, which places orders for the respective buyers.

These agents use to establish Letters of Credit in our favor. Sometimes our agents prompt the buyers to meet us for all their product-related inquiries. The mutual trust between us and our agents and strict adherence to business ethics helped us to cater our international clients with bulk drug orders.
